We also periodically send job information to job related newsgroups and University departments including faculty members and Ph.D. graduate students. Our website has been linked to many other websites and the word of mouth has made us known to more and more organizations and professionals. Job advertising on our website has been very effective. Many of our customers have successfully recruited exceptionally good candidates through our service. See some feedbacks sent from our customers.
Depending on your recruiting needs, if you are currently advertising one or two positions, you may sign up for our Regular Account. However, for hiring managers and HR departments who are responsible for advertising jobs for the entire organization, it will be a great savings to sign up for the Subscribers' Account. With annual subscription, you can post unlimited job ads for one full year that starts from the date your account is activated.
You can modify your job postings for minor editorial changes in the first 2 weeks after you post your ads. If it is a different position, you will need to advertise it separately as a new ad. Changes will take effect immediately. Login to your account and modify or deactivate your job postings through Job Manager under our Job Posting Control Panel.
Job Seekers can send their job applications to employers directly either by email or mail, or through our online application system. Make sure your contact information is complete.
To maximize your candidate pool, you can advertise your job ad, where it applies, on our Postdoc Jobs network including UniversityJobs.com, PostdocJobs.com and ScienceJobs.Org. When you post a new job ad on PostdocJobs.com website, you will see an option to select a job category in the other two job sites. For example, if the position is a science related position, you can select a job category under the category "Science Jobs." We currently do not charge an additional fee for this value-added service if you post jobs through PostdocJobs.com website. However, a fee may be charged if you post it on all three job sites separately.
If you sign up for the first time, your job posting will go live when your account is reviewed and approved which will be done within 24 hours. Once your account is approved, your future job postings will go live immediately after it is posted.
Yes. With an additional fee, you can search recent resumes/CVs posted in our resume database. You can order it while you are posting the ad or order it separately.
We take payments made through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), purchase orders, or billing/invoicing. All payments must be made within 30 days. Payment / Billing information will be required when you post a job.
Our website "PostdocJobs.com" is provided for advertising postdoctoral positions. If you are advertising faculty positions, you may post the jobs on our sister job site UniversityJobs.com which is for university faculty / staff recruitment. If you are recruiting for industry positions, you may post those jobs on our sister job site ScienceJobs.Org.
Yes. We advertise all postdoctoral positions in the US as well as in other countries.
Job packages offer a service with a flat fee that allows customers to post certain number of ads within a certain period of time. The job package expires when the maximum number of job ads is reached or the subscription period ends, whichever comes first. Any unused account balance can not be carried over to the next subscription period.
Yes. We offer a discount or commission for advertising agencies. Please sign up an account and let us know that you are an advertising agency. We will apply the discount to your account, which applies to all our services.

You can browse jobs by job categories of your interest. In addition, you can search jobs using our Quick Search or Advanced Job Search programs. In Quick Search, you only need to enter one or more keywords. In our Advanced Job Search, you can enter keywords and limit the search results in certain job categories and/or locations. By holding the Control key, you can select more than one category.
First of all, you need to create an account (free) and post your resume or C.V. in your account. When you see a job that you are interested in, click on the link "Apply for this position via PostdocJobs.com." You can follow this link to send your application online. If this link is not available, you will need to read the job description carefully and find an alternative way to send your application. Note that you can use the same user name and password to login to your account from any of our job sites (PostdocJobs.com, UniversityJobs.com, or ScienceJobs.org).
Yes. Once you have created an account on our website and saved your resume or C.V. under your account, you can send your job application to any employer whether the job is posted on our website or elsewhere.

To receive job alerts by email, you will need to create an account (free). When you sign up, make sure you check the box for job alerts and select job categories of your interest. When new jobs in those categories are posted on our website, we will send you a job alert by email.
It is always a good idea to act sooner rather than later. You can contact the employer and see if your graduation date matches the employer's requirement. Most likely, you and prospective employer can make an arrangement.
You can apply for many postdoctoral positions that do not usually require a U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (green card). However, some positions that are funded by U.S. government may require U.S. citizenship or permanent resident. Please read the requirements carefully and contact the employer for clarification.
