Augusta University College of Nursing invites applications for full-time, 12-month, tenure track positions. We are the state's flagship nursing program, enrolling more than 1000 students on two campuses and at numerous academic-practice partner sites. The College of Nursing, an integral component of the University System of Georgia is part of the state's only publicly-funded comprehensive academic health science center including schools of medicine, dentistry, and allied health sciences. The College of Nursing is adjacent to Augusta University Medical Center, Children's Hospital of Georgia, Georgia Cancer Center, and the Veterans Administration Medical Center, providing ample opportunity for clinically relevant bench and translational research. Additionally, the college has a thriving Nurse-Managed Health Center, affording additional research opportunities focused on primary care, telehealth and behavioral health. The college offers the full degree spectrum including BSN, MSN, DNP, and PhD programs.

Preferred Qualifications
Academic teaching experience in didactic and/or clinical instruction
Comfort with technology-infused engaging pedagogical strategies including simulation and other active learning modalities.
Evidence of contribution to the profession and recognition at the local, regional, or national level
Shift/Salary/Benefits
Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Start-up packages are negotiable and workload will support an active research agenda. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including a retirement plan.

Minimum Requirements
PhD in Nursing
Active license to practice nursing in the state of Georgia or meet all eligibility requirements to apply for a nursing license in the state of Georgia.
