What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of strategy planning experts, you will play a critical part in developing and supporting the growth and profitability of the organization. You will contribute to the development of the organization's strategic plans to ensure the continued success of your team. Your communication style will make you an important member of the team to facilitate agreements and achieve targets. Your collaboration with all major business units will help in the integration of individual business unit plans with the corporate plan. You will also be evaluating and developing new market initiatives and business opportunities.

As a Manager, you will provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of this discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies.

Through your expertise and extensive knowledge, you will be able to foster a culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for patients and healthcare.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Lead and execute high-priority strategic design projects through opportunity assessment, business valuation, and implementation planning.
  • Own end-to-end development of annual operating plans & strategy.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Demonstrated experience in advanced valuation modeling, including discounted cash flows
  • Ability to synthesize a significant amount of diverse information to build a compelling, data driven investment case
  • Prior experience in strategic planning, decision analysis, management consulting and/or salesforce effectiveness
  • Builds robust and long-term strategic relationships with individuals from all levels of the organization to ensure future alignment of the entire portfolio
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capability and Microsoft PowerPoint skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Significant experience leading projects and working with cross functional teams
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Data analysis skills and logical, creative thinking, problem-solving mindset and capability
