The successful candidate:
The QRC Manager provides oversight and leadership of all quality management activities carried out in HSCT/CT areas, supporting services, and third-party contracted services. Provides guidance to HSCT/CT leadership, COH Phoenix executive leadership, and multidisciplinary support services in meeting the requirements of immune effector cell manufacturers, regulatory, and accrediting agencies. Demonstrates a level of working knowledge of the following agencies (as appropriate): Food and Drug Administration (FDA), State laws, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Joint Commission (JC), AABB (formerly American Association of Blood Banks), College of American Pathologists (CAP), Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT), National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP)/Be The Match (BTM), and data management reporting requirements for the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplantation Research (CIBMTR).
Develop and implement quality management performance measurement system and data management infrastructure, processes, procedures, guidelines, and tools that will be used to monitor and evaluate the overall performance and effectiveness of COH Phoenix HSCT/CT program in achieving goals for clinical and patient-centered excellence, quality, regulatory compliance, growth, financial health, and sustainability.
Participates in enterprise-level quality initiatives, develop, and submit timely reports required by accreditation and regulatory agencies, and registries such as the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Registry (CIBMTR). Develop reports for quality committees and executive leadership reviews across organizational lines to inform decisions and shape the strategic direction of HSCT/CT Program at COH Phoenix.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science Degree
Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-year experience in hospital healthcare setting, quality, regulatory compliance, research, and data management
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Quality Management or Quality Assurance
Pref. Certification/Licensure: Lean/Six Sigma; ISO/CQA
Preferred Experience: Minimum 5-years Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance experience in Bone Marrow Transplantation/Cellular Therapy Program; FACT Accreditation Standards.
Skills/Abilities: Leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, MS office, data management and statistical analysis programs, electronic health record system, policy and procedure writing/system, QC/QA.

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $37.81 - $62.28 / hour
