Job Description
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Account / Hospital Strategy
• Establishing Strategic Account / Hospital High Level Strategy and tactical plans to achieve growth aspiration and target revenue for Pfizer.
• Ensure successful identification, listing and activations of new products / line extensions and business opportunities
• Develop strong, innovative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to grow the business in line with given strategic direction.
• Collaborate with market access / pricing team to establish pricing strategy to optimize key account hospitals and institution with the reference of competitor’s pricing and market dynamic.
• Pursues innovation in hospitals and institution management to explore opportunities.
Operational and Financial Performance
• Makes strategic decisions to maximize hospitals/institution performance and continuously improve formulary listing in key accounts, private insurance/ institution, as well as the expansion of BPJS formulary listing to next potential products.
• Directly manage stakeholders and account initiatives for top corporates accounts
• Optimizes resources allocation to attain business objectives.
• Designs, drive and monitors the effectiveness of SAM team through clear KPIs
• Leads change and continue to evolve the business in response to a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, & Ambiguous environment while balancing long term strategy and short-term operating performance
• Partner with Medical, Sales and Marketing, Corporate Affairs and cross functional teams to shape external environment and manage external stakeholders especially in strategic accounts / hospitals.
People and Leadership
• Reports to the Customer Facing Commercial (CFC) Lead
• Leads and coach Strategic Account Team high performing team to develop team in line with the Pfizer competence model.
• Defines and build the right capabilities to align with evolving business strategy.
• Upholds and model Pfizer values including Courage, Excellence, Pride and Equity and Pfizer Actionable Attitudes
• Works in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing, Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs, COP, and Finance Compliance
• Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
• University Degree with MBA degree preferred
• Proven success in leading the key account team or the sales team
• Able to demonstrate strong collaboration with internal such as sales and marketing colleagues and medical, as well as external stakeholders to maximize the revenue
• Strong people manager experience to build high performance team through competency development and monitoring of performance to ensure the team are motivated to achieve the business objectives
• Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
• Policy shaping, market preparedness experience, and engagement with hospitals stakeholders are preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
