The Adobe Edge Delivery Product Lead is a new role within the Customer Facing Technology team directly reporting to the Customer Facing Technology Lead for Customer Engagement Technology & Innovation (CETI) within the Chief Marketing Office (CMO). This Business Product Lead will be responsible for developing a customer centric product roadmap that delivers on business priorities to support publication of Brand Patient and Caregiver websites across the Pfizer Digital Ecosystem.
This Product Lead will be an advocate for – and leverage – Pfizer’s new product model to define the business, customer and colleague objectives which support Digital Customer Strategies for web properties leveraging Adobe Edge Delivery. Under the product model, they will collaborate closely with the Digital Team Product Lead for Adobe Franklin, as well as other members of Pfizer’s Digital Development and Services teams.
This product lead will focus on both short-term and longer-term direction of the Adobe Franklin platform and capabilities to optimize for business and customer impact, while supporting a positive colleague experience.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As product lead will continuously manage, develop, and drive the optimization of the Pfizer Adobe Edge products
Lead development of Objectives and Key results (OKRs) for Adobe Edge with digital and business partners to drive platform optimization, feature development and ongoing testing to ensure optimal customer experiences.
Partners with the Digital Product Lead to define the problem statements, identify user/customer personas, and product strategy
Identify crucial technology dependencies between Adobe Edge Delivery and other parts of the stack supporting the customer-facing digital ecosystem at Pfizer
Where appropriate, standardize and scale Adobe and other technologies supporting the customer-facing digital ecosystem
Work with Digital Architects to streamline business input and decision making to ensure requirements are defined with purpose, and delivery and adoption of the products are achieved efficiently
Appropriately prepare CMO partners and business stakeholders for digital releases and key operational impacts
Manage relationships and engagements with the relevant product group technology vendors in collaboration with digital and procurement team(s) to ensure Pfizer’s business requirements are being addressed
Own and create any needed plans of action for Adobe Edge Delivery and related customer facing digital ecosystem technologies in collaboration with CMO, Commercial and Digital partners.
Collaborate with privacy, digital, legal, regulatory and compliance teams in setting and deploying data standards, policies and procedures in context of the Adobe Franklin product
Partner with digital team on product decisioning / strategy as well as day to day product delivery within the agile teams, including with technical / engineering team on hands on solution development and management of external development vendors
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience in positions of Digital Product Management with a proven track record, especially in roles that focus on solutions that support customer needs and/or leading large web development and optimization capabilities at an enterprise level.
Experience using web analytics to prioritize and refine product roadmaps and feature development.
Experience leveraging qualitative research and quantitative data to prioritize feature development.
Be a customer-obsessed, innovative, and results-oriented product leader with a proven track record of launching successful products that have delivered measurable results with portfolio and/or product specific business impact across countries.
Experience leading a cross-functional agile product team.
Track record of working collaboratively across functions and geographies.
Experience in leading complex, large scale business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable teams to achieve successful delivery.
Prior experience with senior leadership and demonstrated ability to effectively influence leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrixed environment.
Strong writing, presentation, and project management skills
Familiarity with product management process and software.
Ability to thrive under pressure, take accountability and to meet deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree or certification in Product Management or Digital Product Development preferred.

Flexibility to work across global time zones.
Role will be responsible for multiple geographies but requires flexibility to work with US time-zone.
