Role Responsibilities
Your technical and business skills will help you represent a major Pfizer client or business area in all information technology activities. Your leadership skills will help provide a strategic or tactical direction and help plan the resolutions to information technology issues. You will participate in management and development of technology products and service standards which impact the client or business area.(US Commercial, including Specialty BU)
Your leadership skills and innovative ideas with drive the growth of the Information & Business technology team at Pfizer. As an advisor and an expert, you will be able to build and leverage constructive relationships across the organization to achieve your division’s goals and objectives. You will be entrusted with developing Pfizer’s strategies for a portfolio of products and projects.

How You Will Achieve It
• Point of contact for all digital matters.
• Be a trusted digital consultant to business. Advise on all aspects of digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities and internal Pfizer Digital capabilities.
• Lead the digital strategy, priorities and business case creation to achieve key business priorities.
• Help shape all digital requests to ensure high value and strategic alignment.
• Partner with the stakeholders (Commercial Global Leads) to manage successful execution of the digital strategy including solution adoption, scaling and business case achievement
• Be proactive thought leaders partnering to drive the innovative use of digital to create value for our patients, all customers and the business.
• Elicit and document clear business requirements. Breadth and Depth of Knowledge
• Is knowledgeable about the principles, concepts, and theories in pharma, may be familiar with Sales / Marketing technology including Patient Services
• Develops strategies for products and/or projects in serving the marketing organization and US Commercial more broadly
• Exhibits a high level of business knowledge and understanding of the external marketplace and anticipates customer requirements.
Knowledge Sharing
• Actively shares knowledge with multiple functions in Digital and US Commercial through existing knowledge sharing processes/systems
• Contributes to the development of organizational knowledge management processes/systems Innovation and Risk Taking
• Leads development of Digital POV across the US Commercial Digital team. Articulates business priorities that support the direction and strategy for the US Commercial organization and aligns digital projects to address areas of priority.
• Recommends courses of action to management that impact units within the US Commercial organization Motivates indirect reports and delivers results for the US Commercial organization Communication
• Leverages a variety of communication tools and techniques to help colleagues understand how their work aligns to business priorities
• Maintains an open communication environment to ensure the knowledge and expertise of US Commercial resources are leveraged. Influencing Others
• Informs senior management of decisions that have an impact on business direction within the US Commercial
• Partners with US Commercial leadership to accomplish business objectives.
Basic Qualifications – Must Have
• Bachelor's degree in digital or related field
• 10+ years ' experience in the pharma or aligned industry
• Experience delivering innovative Digital solutions
• Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships with senior stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong client engagement, relationship management and program management skills
• Financial acumen in Digital delivery
• Ability to influence and work with cross functional teams to deliver complex projects
• Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
Nice to Have
• Experience and/or background pharma and/or life sciences
• Proven ability to manage and drive large transformation programs and orchestrate Digital delivery
• Proven ability to manage financial goals, both in own area, and in support of a larger entity
• Deep expertise on marketing practices, processes and platforms and in particular digital marketing platforms and best practices
• Management Consulting Experience
• Patient services – Knowledge to Patient Hub Service providers, Specialty Pharmacies.

Work Location Assignment:Must be able to work in assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
