Description
The AIML Data Operations team operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are looking for an experienced L&D Program Manager who can expertly navigate the demands of this environment, balancing the need for rapid delivery with a commitment to producing high-quality, innovative learning experiences.

As the L&D Program Manager, you will be at the heart of our training initiatives, responsible for crafting and implementing programs that empower our diverse workforce to perform at their best. This role requires a self-motivated, creative team player who excels in a constantly evolving landscape. You will be working with stakeholders from various departments, including Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Client Engagement, and will need to design learning solutions that address the unique needs of each audience. Your ability to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge learning methodologies will be critical to your success. You will help build learning experiences that not only educate but inspire. Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in designing and developing policies, guidelines, and training for a wide range of audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with over 2 years of experience implementing training programs on a global scale.
  • Proven experience working with engineers and data scientists to create technical documentation and training content.
  • Skilled in prioritizing projects, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and vendor crowds to meet deliverables.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts both verbally and in written form.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to manage multiple global programs and projects, provide status updates, and proactively assess scope changes to ensure proper planning.
  • Proficient in instructional design methodology and adult learning concepts, with experience applying these to training programs.
  • Self-motivated with excellent project management skills and the ability to independently learn new applications and tools.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze error trends, providing recommendations to address knowledge gaps and improve performance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate) and 
video creation tools (e.g., iMovie, FinalCut Pro, Camtasia).
  • Ability to learn and master new tools and technologies.
  • Experience with Confluence or other content tools for technical writing.
  • Familiarity with data annotation processes and tools is a plus but not required.
  • General familiarity with AIML, including the use of LLM for tasks such as text generation, data processing, and automation.
