** This is a Hybrid Opportunity – 2 days in our Irvine Office. Tuesday and Thursday**
As a successful candidate, you will:
The incumbent leads the development of analytical tools and reports as well as supports project management of complex initiatives in Orange County. This position develops, coordinates, and assists with the implementation of initiatives and projects for Orange County. The incumbent will collect resource requirements, establish project plans, develop, and maintain project status dashboards/scorecards for the execution, control and completion of specific Orange County projects. This role will ensure consistency with the Orange County growth strategy, commitments and goals. Incumbent will be based in Orange County and occasionally travel to Duarte or Irwindale locations.
- In support of the Orange County expansion, perform data analysis integrating health care utilization and financial data from a variety of internal and external sources, adhering to applicable HIPAA policies.
- Produce analysis and presentation materials to support strategic decisions and priorities.
- Develop and distribute status reports and performance dashboards for assigned projects.
- Provides data driven solutions that promote continuous improvement
- Source and assemble market research and conduct SWOT and other analysis that includes economic, technology and regulatory factors.
- Support development and maintenance of project plan, risk and decision logs, communication plan, and other project management tools.
- Facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders, prepare meeting materials, record and track action items.
- Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Exercise critical thinking and evaluate options for solving problems and achieving goals.
- Communicate difficult/sensitive/complex information with a high degree of diplomacy.
- Influence adherence to relevant standards, policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, data analytics or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical position

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $38.11 - $59.07 / hour
