The Program Manager is responsible for providing service and leadership for enterprise-wide physical access control systems, video management systems, key management systems, visitor management systems, and other physical security technology and systems. Manages the design, installation, upgrade, compliance, and technical support for security systems. Identifies standardization recommendations for functional areas around process improvement, project implementation, performance, compliance, risk assessment, policy review, adherence to access policies and reporting to ensure service efficiencies are met. Responsible for the real-time operation of security systems and provides support to operational personnel.
The Program Manager must have demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with executives and key project stakeholders. This position requires project management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. In addition, the position requires a professional who employs tact and discretion and is motivated, self-directed, and a confident self-starter.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Manage service request for enterprise-wide access control systems, video management systems, key management systems, visitor management systems, and other physical security technology and systems.
- Support leadership in managing policies and regulatory requirements for badge access requests and accesses, key access requests, and order of keys and master key types
- Drive the identification of “people”, “process” and “technology” capabilities required to move physical security initiatives forward.
- Play a central role in affecting the operations/business change readiness for assigned initiatives.
- Evaluate quantitative data and viewpoints to conduct structured portfolio reviews.
- Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with ESS Directors for department performance.
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelors in related field (preferably healthcare administration, Security Management, Law Enforcement, business, or public health) and 5 years of experience with security technology or systems.
Or 8 years of experience with security technology or systems in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- 5 + years of experience with security technology or systems

Job Status: Full time, exempt
Salary range $94,057 - $150,488
