Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher who will focus on the development of conductive coatings using Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of physical chemistry principles, thin-film deposition processes, and material characterization. The researcher will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative coating solutions for a variety of applications, including electronics Key responsibilities include design and optimization of the optimization experiments related to the synthesis of conductive coatings using ALD techniques. Investigate novel materials and chemistries to enhance the performance of conductive coatings as well as characterization of their electrical, optical and mechanical properties using techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM).

Position Requirements

Strong background in physical chemistry, surface science, and material

characterization techniques.

Familiarity with electronic materials and conductive polymers/metals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.

Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects.
