As a successful candidate, you will:
The Human Resources Rep performs a wide range of duties in support of various HR projects and programs. Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment, tact, creativity & initiative are required in resolving problems. Provides administrative and material support to the HRSP team. Assists in the management of enterprise programs and projects as well as the execution of communication plans. The administrator must effectively manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines and demonstrate flexibility by changing tasks as needed to achieve shifting priorities. Conducts necessary analyses and provides reports as needed. Maintains confidentiality and sets a positive example of morale, attitude and motivation.
- Pulls HR Metrics and reports form PeopleSoft for HRSP team.
- Assist with the processing of EPAFs for promotions, department changes, supervisor changes, compensation changes, and terminations and helps maintain data integrity for the HRIM system.
- Assists with pulling HR files including HR discipline, education verification, performance reviews, job descriptions, pay rates/ranges, and other documents as necessary.
- Provides training for leaders and Executive Assistants on HR related systems. Responds to inquiries from managers on HR related tasks including systems and processes.
- Manages the exit interview data for each HRSP and compiles a report on a quarterly basis.
- Performs customer service functions for leaders by tracking any requests and following up until completion.
- Assists with adhoc administrative requests received from HRSP team
- Uses discretionary initiative and judgment in handling sensitive & confidential details, establishing priorities and resolving problems relating to day to day operations & administrative details of the HRSP team.
- Provides administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings with numerous participants, prepare meeting materials, and record actions and changes to project plans, and tracking and responding to action items.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5+ years of related experience, and/or administrative support.

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $31.49 - $48.82 / hour
The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
